1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the personal-care and hygiene-related nature of our products, all purchases made from Bounce Hair are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind
Ordering the wrong product or quantity
Personal preference
Dislike of the product's fragrance, texture, appearance, or results
Products that do not suit a customer's individual hair or scalp
Products that have been opened, used, tested, sprayed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Promotional, discounted, sale, bundle, or multipack products
Products purchased from an unauthorised seller or third-party marketplace
Orders refused at the time of delivery without a valid reason

2. Hygiene and Safety Restrictions

Bounce Hair products are intended for personal use. For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, products cannot be returned or resold after they have been dispatched or delivered.

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Although we do not offer general returns, contact us if an order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, missing a product, or different from what was ordered within 24 hours of delivery.

4. Resolution of Approved Claims

Bounce Hair will determine whether the claim is valid and may provide a replacement, store credit, or other resolution at our discretion.

5. Product Results and Individual Reactions

Hair and scalp conditions vary. We do not guarantee the same results for everyone and do not consider sensitivity or expected results a defect.

6. Order Cancellations

Cancellations may be submitted before packing or dispatch, but are not guaranteed once processed.

7. Incorrect Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Bounce Hair is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect data provided by the customer.
